Our approach

We’ve built Yellow Bone the same way we’ve built our family: on humour and heart. When we care for your pet, we work to connect to the heart of their being and serve it with laughter and love. Whether it’s bringing them to Cherry Beach where they can peruse through the city smells and parade with the various packs; or, nestling them in the sanctuary of our family’s farm near Fort Erie where they get the reassurance of our single pack and familiar smells; we fetch, we cuddle, we tag; we play.  We care for your pup in every way!

From CityScapes to Farm Escapes

We love Toronto: the people, the parks, the resources. And, like most Torontonians, we love to escape Toronto too! We know that your pups agree. 

To meet their needs, we take them on off-leash pack walks to Cherry Beach 2-3 times a day Monday through Friday. Packs are 6 dogs or less and are largely the same throughout the week. We meet up with other familiar packs and make the most of what Toronto parks have to offer: socialization, space and play!

Every other week, we take a pack of ten to our family’s farm in Ridgeway, ON (close to Fort Erie). This sweet escape is a multi-acre retired alpaca farm that is now dedicated to the dogs: the two that care for the land, Fred & Ethel, and the Yellow Bone pack that visits them. It’s a full day of enrichment that leads to a following day of naps (don’t take our word for it - ask the pack)!
